Gunshot wounds can cause serious injury, including Severe bleeding, damage to tissues and organs, wound infections, paralysis. The amount of damage depends on the location of the injury and the speed, type of bullet. The wound thus created largely depends on the type of weapon, mass and velocity of the bullet, and the distance from where it has been shot.
