What you'll learn

Bronchial asthma has been recognized as a serious health problem affecting 5% of children and 10% of adults with unknown reactions to allergens. It is a non-communicable disease affecting low and lower-middle-income countries. Bronchial asthma is an Ig E dependent condition that is characterized by recurrent episodes of cough, breathlessness, and wheezing. read more »»

It usually causes chronic inflammation of airways characterized by a variable degree of airway obstruction. The management of asthma should include medications that can relieve recurrent symptoms and prevent further disease progression. A majority of asthmatic patients are underdiagnosed and undertreated.

This can be an emergency condition and should be treated promptly to avoid any further complications. Knowledge of bronchial asthma, emergency management of asthma, medications, and diagnosis is very important for medical professionals to effectively treat asthmatic effects in children and adults.

This is a practical hands-on management course providing practical and applied knowledge on various manifestations of asthma.
