Many medical facilities are starting to pay attention to patient experience and satisfaction. According to a recent survey, more than half of healthcare practitioners admit that patient satisfaction is one of their top three priorities. All the hospitals including the nursing homes which have accreditation certificate need to follow the standards mentioned by NABH. This quality process is done by identifying certain quality indicators in the process, checking customer satisfaction with the process, and verifying whether any mistakes are committed to carrying out the process.
