It can be delivered safely and effectively in many chronic medical conditions that are not curable by the means of currently available chemical drugs. Since 2011, more than 3500 patients were successfully treated by our team. Original optimized protocol for stem cell isolation from fat tissue which leads to the high quality of autologous cells is used. Mainly orthopedic patients suffering from degenerative osteoarthritis, degenerative chondropathy, neurological patients suffering from stroke, multiple sclerosis, or traumatic brain encephalopathy, patients suffering from chronic pulmonary diseases such as COPD, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, and chronic asthma, were successfully treated with autologous stem cells. No serious side effects, infection, or cancer was associated with stem cell therapy in the long-term follow-up of 5+ years.

20 years of experience in regenerative medicine, stem cell therapy, anti-cancer immunotherapy. Board-certified in Immunology, Oncology, Pediatrics. Prof. He has 16 years of experience in regenerative medicine and cell therapy. He is a president of the International Consortium for Cell Therapy and Immunotherapy and also holds the European patent for the isolation of stem cells from adipose and connective tissue. He is the author of more than 200 scientific publications, he has regularly lectured at domestic and international conferences. In 2010 prof. Michalek founded the Cellthera Clinic focusing on the use of adipose-derived stem cells in regenerative medicine.
