Dr. N. K. Narayanan is a Sr. Consultant Endocrinologist and Diabetes Specialist at Apollo Sugar Clinics in Apollo Hospitals Greams Road, Chennai. He is an experienced endocrinologist who provides treatment for various endocrine disorders, type 1 diabetes, and type 2 diabetes. Over the years, he has published various books and papers on Diabetes & Metabolism, guidelines for the management of pituitary tumors, familial adrenocortical carcinoma, and many others. He was awarded multiple times for his abstracts, and clinical posters. He was given the best poster prize by the British Endocrine Society in 2011 for the work on familial adrenocortical carcinoma. He won the best abstract award for his work on the non-invasive lateralization technique in primary hyperaldosteronism.
