Heart failure occurs when your heart muscle doesn’t pump blood as well as it should.
A normal heart rate is 60 to 100 beats per minute. A heart rate of more than 100 beats per minute is called tachycardia which occurs when the electrical impulses that coordinate your heartbeats don’t work properly.
