Dr. Surabhi Somani is a Tobacco Cessation expert who aids people in quitting tobacco through customized plans and medication which helps users to have a tobacco-free life. Apart from being a corporate counselor, she is also a consultant at Tobacco Cessation Centre- MNJ Institute of Oncology, Apollo hospitals, Continental hospital, and KIMS-Kondapur, Hyderabad.
She holds a certificate in Global Tobacco Control from John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health based in Baltimore, USA. She has her Master’s in Public Health post her B.D.S.
She has recently worked as a WHO consultant for providing tobacco cessation services in Nauru, a Western Pacific Island country, and have also trained medical officer, staff nurses, and paramedics in Tanzania and Maldives. She has conducted multiple corporate seminars for various multi-national companies, the Indian Army, hospitals, clubs, and educational institutes.
